TLC Lions are driving real cultural change, helping global organisations make the working world more human, more empathetic, and more inclusive. After the success of previous years, they returned with the 2026 Human Awards, celebrating inspiring leaders from across Europe who are making a genuine impact. Our mission? Capture the true feel of the night - the buzz, the powerful stories, and the impact behind the celebration.
THE CREATION
Staged in the stunning ballroom of the London Marriott Hotel Grosvenor Square, the event delivered on atmosphere from the moment guests arrived. Working closely with the TLC Lions team, we designed a production approach that reflected the scale and prestige of the evening.
Working alongside the organisers, we assembled a dedicated crew of three camera operators, one focused on the standout stage moments, another capturing conversations with guests, nominees and winners, and a third moving through the room to film the atmosphere, reactions and excitement.
THE OUTCOME
The video brings the event to life, capturing its atmosphere, ambition and emotion. The narrative is shaped around powerful, authentic reflections from guests, award winners and the engaging hosting from journalist Sean Fletcher.
The result? Bold, high-impact content that celebrates the night in style, capturing every memorable moment and every story that made the evening unforgettable, creating a lasting record that engages audiences and sets the stage for the next chapter of the Human Awards. Not only did we deliver this impactful recap of the evening, but we also repurposed the footage into a social-first edit designed to drive traffic through to TLC’s website. With such an incredible response, we’re already looking forward to what’s next!
