Job Description:

Assistant Producer

As one of the UK’s leading video production companies, ID2 Media is looking for a talented and ambitious Assistant Producer to join our growing team.

We create high-quality video content for leading global brands, producing everything from branded films and social campaigns to corporate storytelling and live event content.

This is an exciting opportunity for a graduate or early-career candidate looking to build a career within a creative and fast-paced video production environment.

Working closely with our Senior Producers and Production Manager, you will support the planning and delivery of a wide variety of productions and creative projects. The role focuses heavily on research, creative development, written communication, content creation and client interaction.

The Role

Responsibilities may include:

  • Researching clients, industries and programme topics

  • Supporting creative development and idea generation

  • Writing, reviewing and proofreading creative copy, scripts and project-related content

  • Assisting with the preparation of presentations, proposals and production documents

  • Liaising with clients, contributors, filming crews and suppliers

  • Supporting productions from brief through to final delivery

  • Assisting with shoot planning and production coordination

  • Supporting post-production workflows and day-to-day administrative tasks

This role offers the opportunity to work across productions throughout the UK and occasionally internationally, so some travel may be required.

This role does not require previous camera operation or directing experience. We are more interested in strong communication skills, creativity, organisation and the ability to develop engaging content and ideas.

Graduates from media, journalism, communications, English, marketing or related creative disciplines are encouraged to apply.
