CLIENT Essensys
THE CHALLENGE
Launched in 2006, essensys delivers the ability to digitally enable your spaces, buildings and portfolios. Although they have a global presence – they particularly wanted to showcase their amazing office space located in Aldgate Tower in London. The desire was to attract the correct talent to aid their expansion whilst at the same time letting the current staff there explain in their own words what it is like to work for the leading global software and technology company.
THE CREATION
When we engaged with essensys we had in-depth discussions about their values and key message points to really ensure we could make their vision a reality. Although they wanted to showcase the Aldgate Tower office – they also wanted some colleagues overseas to have the chance to speak on camera so after sourcing relevant crew – we made that happen too!
One day filming in London and one day over in the states, executing the same filming techniques to ensure the footage blended with our joint vision we made sure that all involved had fun whilst filming!
THE OUTCOME
The result was an energetic, 2-minute video which delivered real messages from the real people working there. Discussing the people, the culture, and the feeling of drive and determination of the business, the result really does show what an exciting opportunity it is at essensys for current members and those of the future.
To enhance the overall results we used some fun 360-degree spins and fast whip pan transitions to really add that extra layer of energy and help us move between staff at the two locations – we love the end result!
As well as the main edit, we also created a set of shorter edits to be used on social media, intriguing the potential staff of the future to find out more. And, as an added bonus – essensys just updated their branding, so we were able to work with them to ensure it would stand the test of time.
